I want to firstly give a big THANK YOU for being interested in commissioning me, and supporting me and my work!~Before commissioning me, it's very important to me that you fully understand my TOS so that this transaction can run as smoothly as possible

GENERAL GUIDELINES

► By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service► I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.► I do not authorize you to use ANY work for NFTs► I do not authorize you to feed any of my work to AI generators► I reserve the right to refuse any commission► Any inappropriate or rude behavior will not be tolerated► The price of your commission may increase depending on the complexity, or other elements

CLIENT RIGHTS

► As the commissioner, you reserve the right to..
↳ Claim rights to your character, but not my work
↳ Repost the commission with proper credit
↳ Use the commission for personal use only, no commercial use, you will be blacklisted.► The following is copyright infringement
↳ Claiming the work is yours or done by you
↳ Removing my signature or watermark
↳ Altering the work

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

► I will not refund you if I've started your commission► If I cannot complete the commission, I will refund you the value for what I could not complete. (ex: if I finished lineart, you will get 40% of your funds back)

WORKFLOW & DELIVERY

► My turnaround times can be anywhere between 3 days to 3 months. Please understand that I have a very busy life!► The ETA of your commission also depends on your approval for the sketch and lineart phases!► If, for any reason, your commission gets delayed I will get in contact with you.► Revisions are to be made during the sketch and lines phase. If you ask for revisions during the coloring phase, an additional fee will be added to your total.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

► A clear reference of your character. The more references, the better! I cannot work off description alone.► A description of what you'd like! Feel free to create a mock-up or sketch of what you have in mind! :) The more info I have, the better.► Your description should also include pose, expression, color palette of your character, and any other important details!
